I played it for years. Made a lot of good friends on those forums and contributed a few items for the shop as well. Was the same username as here.

Hello all :) Well the last post here is already a couple of years ago, but i just found this topic when I was googling for Project Rockstar. Like many of you I was a real lover of the game as well, and unfortunately a short time after I FINALLY had the award for collecting all items (even the unique ones with the help of friends)it got deleted. I still have some of my album-cover creations stocked in a folder and really miss the game and the community. Never found something coming close to it (but actually spend some time in "Rising Star 2" that is fun to, even you are just a band and hiring a manager, instead of a Manager creating Bands :D

I was a PR player back in the day. I don't remember what my login was then (I wasn't particularly active in the forums or anything anyway) but glad to find this game even if it's not quite the same thing!
