The News (2014-02-03)

In this edition of the News only small changes.

As already promised, more information about how and why everything looks that way in the charts and not the other way around.

Song's and album's information page shows two new fields: level and fame. Level depends on your band's members' level. After finishing recording you can't modify it. Fame forms by getting some small portion of your band's fame. You can rise song's or album's fame by instructing your band to promote. Promoting only works for released and charting songs and albums. To see this new information, here are the links for song "Blood Sugar Sex Magik" and album "punk head vol. 7". To get a sense of why this or that song and album is at the top of the charts, combine their level, fame and days. Older is the record the less influence has level and fame.

Band's information page got two new fields: rating and fame. Band's rating determines the band's position in the charts. Rating forms from band's songs, albums and fame. Band's fame is mainly result of its promoting work. As already mentioned, band's fame determines starting fame for song and album. A link for band "Funkin'" for a quick check. Band's new field rating you can see in the charts.

Manager's information page got only one new field: rating. Same as for bands, new field determines the manager's position in the charts. Rating forms from all manager' bands and his money. Here is a link for manager "Grant" information page to check new field, which is also shown in the charts.

Till next.
