Changes in Forum and Mail

There are small changes in Forum and Mail - rich text editor was changed to the wysiwyg type editor (sorta  wysiwyg type as there are still some inconveniences with the new line). So hopefully it will be much easier to post in the forum and write the in-game email.

Oh yeah, this is a lot easier.
